- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and optimize ERP procurement systems for efficiency gains
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct performance evaluations
- Drive sustainability initiatives in procurement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing or logistics
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba or Oracle Procurement systems
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent negotiation skills with cross-cultural communication expertise
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional languages preferred)
