Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for critical commodities across North America
- Negotiate complex contracts with Tier 1 suppliers, achieving 15%+ cost savings annually
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to PO closure
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and optimize procurement technologies (ERP/SRM systems)
- Lead supplier diversity initiatives and ethical sourcing compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience in tech manufacturing
- CPSM or CIPS certification required
- Expertise in cost analysis, TCO modeling, and contract law
- Proven success in negotiating multi-million dollar contracts
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and procurement analytics tools
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs
- Exceptional stakeholder management and change leadership skills
