Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key categories, optimizing cost without compromising quality
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFQ, negotiation, contracting, and supplier performance evaluation
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance supply chain resilience and risk mitigation
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify innovative sourcing opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes through data-driven insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and strategic suppliers
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, sustainability standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of procurement experience in a multinational environment, with 3+ years in strategic sourcing
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent procurement qualification
- Expertise in contract management, supplier relationship management, and cost analysis
- Proven track record of implementing procurement transformation projects
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba or similar procurement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics
- Exceptional negotiation skills with ability to secure favorable commercial terms
