Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes for strategic categories, optimizing total cost of ownership
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies through RFPs, RFQs, and competitive bidding
- Negotiate favorable terms with international suppliers, ensuring compliance with trade regulations
- Implement and manage supplier performance metrics using KPI dashboards
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through market analysis and value engineering
- Oversee risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize procurement workflows
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive procurement experience in manufacturing or tech
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or CIPS designation
- Expertise in SAP Ariba and procurement analytics tools
- Proven success in international sourcing and contract negotiation
- Advanced data analysis skills with procurement KPI optimization
- Strong project management with PMP certification preferred
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global supplier relations
