Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for IT and operational categories, driving 15-20% cost savings annually
- Lead complex vendor negotiations, securing favorable terms and SLAs while ensuring contractual compliance
- Manage supplier performance through KPI tracking and quarterly business reviews
- Drive sustainability initiatives by integrating ESG criteria into sourcing decisions
- Optimize inventory management through demand forecasting and supplier diversification
- Leverage ERP systems (SAP/Ariba) to automate procurement workflows and data analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field; CIPS/CPIM certification preferred
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ years in senior roles, preferably in APAC tech sector
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, and contract lifecycle management
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in spend analysis tools and market research
- Exceptional negotiation abilities with track record of securing multi-million dollar contracts
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience interfacing with C-suite executives
