- Lead cross-functional projects to implement procurement technologies
- Monitor supplier performance through KPI tracking and improvement initiatives
- Manage risk mitigation strategies for critical supply chains
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in procurement/sourcing with multinational experience
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Proven track record in cost reduction and vendor management
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency advantageous
