Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for critical raw materials and MRO supplies
- Lead complex vendor negotiations to secure favorable terms and mitigate supply risks
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract execution
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to align procurement with production needs
- Implement and maintain compliance with ISO 14001 and ethical sourcing standards
- Oversee supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive procurement experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Proven track record in vendor relationship management and contract negotiation
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and logistics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
