Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key categories, achieving 15-20% cost reduction targets
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle: RFQ, negotiation, contracting, and supplier performance evaluation
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement e-procurement systems and process automation
- Analyze market trends and risk factors to mitigate supply chain disruptions
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with top-tier global suppliers
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards
- Mentor junior procurement professionals and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field; CIPS/CPM certification preferred
- 8+ years in strategic procurement with 3+ years in leadership/supervisory role
- Proven expertise in category management, supplier negotiation, and contract management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SRM and e-procurement platforms (Ariba, Coupa)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and market intelligence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience managing cross-cultural supplier relationships in APAC region
