Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies across 15+ key categories
- Lead complex contract negotiations with Fortune 500 suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Implement and optimize procurement technology solutions (SAP Ariba, Coupa)
- Manage supplier risk assessments and ensure ethical sourcing compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Mentor junior procurement staff and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ in strategic sourcing leadership
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent procurement credentials
- Expertise in cost analysis, contract law, and supplier relationship management
- Proven track record of delivering 15%+ cost reduction in complex categories
- Advanced proficiency in procurement analytics tools and ERP systems
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in international markets
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly desirable
