Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes for strategic commodities, ensuring cost optimization and supplier compliance
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies leveraging market intelligence and data analytics
- Manage vendor relationships through RFQ/RFP processes, contract negotiations, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement sustainable procurement practices and ESG compliance initiatives
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains
- Oversee procurement budget management and cost-saving KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with strategic sourcing expertise
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or similar designation
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred) and procurement analytics tools
- Strong understanding of global supply chain dynamics and risk mitigation strategies
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
