Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for key commodities
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts with global vendors
- Lead procurement projects ensuring compliance with ISO 20400 standards
- Analyze market trends to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on procurement planning
- Implement and maintain procurement KPIs and reporting systems
- Manage risk assessment for supply chain vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing or FMCG
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement credentials
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost savings
- Expertise in e-procurement systems (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for regional supplier negotiations
