Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sourcing cycles for strategic categories including IT hardware, marketing services, and facility management
- Develop and negotiate complex contracts with global suppliers, ensuring alignment with ESG standards
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks
- Manage supplier relationships through KPI tracking, performance reviews, and collaborative improvement initiatives
- Implement procurement automation tools to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives
- Maintain compliance with Singapore's Procurement Act and internal governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (CPIM/CIPS certification preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience in multinational corporations
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong understanding of APAC market dynamics and regulatory environments
- Certified in risk management frameworks (ISO 28000) and sustainable procurement practices
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
