Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for key commodities
- Lead supplier negotiations to secure optimal pricing and contractual terms
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks
- Manage supplier relationships through performance reviews and KPI tracking
- Implement digital procurement tools and process automation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ethical sourcing standards
- Lead cross-functional sourcing projects for new product launches
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or tech
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and e-procurement platforms
- Expertise in contract management and commercial negotiations
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency advantageous
