Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead complex contract negotiations with Fortune 500 vendors
- Analyze market trends and identify cost reduction opportunities
- Manage supplier performance metrics and relationship development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies
- Implement and optimize procurement processes using ERP systems
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and sustainability standards
- Report on KPIs including cost savings and supplier diversification
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in SAP Ariba or similar procurement platforms
- Proven track record of $1M+ annual cost savings
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
- Experience managing international supplier networks
