Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities, achieving 15%+ annual cost reduction targets
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFQ, RFP, and contract negotiations with Fortune 500 suppliers
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to mitigate risks and identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives
- Implement and maintain sustainable procurement practices aligned with ESG initiatives
- Lead supplier diversity programs to expand our inclusive vendor network
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience in manufacturing or technology sectors
- CPSM or CIPS certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record in complex contract negotiations and supplier relationship management
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and logistics
