- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for 5+ key categories including raw materials, MRO supplies, and professional services
- Lead complex vendor negotiations achieving 10-15% cost reduction targets annually
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes from RFQ to contract execution using SAP Ariba
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives
- Implement sustainability initiatives in supplier selection and vendor management programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years progressive procurement experience in manufacturing or distribution
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and procurement analytics tools
- Proven track record of negotiating multi-million dollar contracts
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics
