Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for 15+ key commodity categories
- Lead RFQ/RFP processes, negotiations, and contract lifecycle management
- Analyze market trends and risk assessments to inform procurement decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and maintain supplier performance metrics and KPI tracking
- Drive sustainability initiatives through ethical sourcing and ESG compliance
- Manage annual budgets exceeding $5M with 10-15% cost reduction targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ in strategic sourcing roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred) and e-procurement tools
- Proven track record in international supplier negotiations and contract management
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
