Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities across APAC markets
- Lead complex negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks
- Implement and manage vendor performance evaluation systems
- Analyze market trends and leverage data-driven insights for procurement decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with ethical sourcing policies and sustainability standards
- Manage procurement budgets and track cost-saving initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive procurement experience in a multinational environment
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
- Proven expertise in contract management and supplier relationship building
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills in English
