Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead complex negotiations with global suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Implement cost-saving initiatives targeting 10-15% annual reduction
- Manage supplier risk assessments and ensure compliance with ESG standards
- Oversee procurement spend analytics and reporting systems
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with engineering, operations, and finance teams
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation in SAP Ariba platform
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience
- CPSM or CIPS certification required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing methodologies and total cost analysis
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Proven track record of $500K+ annual cost savings
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
