Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for indirect materials and services across 15+ categories
- Lead complex vendor negotiations achieving 12% average cost savings annually
- Manage end-to-end procurement process from RFQ to contract execution using SAP Ariba
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to mitigate disruptions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives
- Maintain and optimize vendor database with 200+ active suppliers
- Implement sustainability initiatives in procurement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of procurement experience with 3+ years in strategic sourcing
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Advanced negotiation skills with demonstrated cost-saving achievements
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin advantageous
