Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities and services across global markets
- Lead complex negotiations with Tier 1 suppliers to secure favorable terms and mitigate risk
- Implement and manage supplier performance metrics (KPIs) for continuous improvement
- Analyze market trends and cost drivers to identify savings opportunities and innovation partnerships
- Oversee contract lifecycle management from RFP to renewal and termination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ethical sourcing standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ in strategic sourcing
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of achieving 10-15% annual cost savings
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing international supplier relationships and logistics
- Deep understanding of sustainability frameworks and circular economy principles
