Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for key commodities across 15+ categories
- Lead complex vendor negotiations securing favorable terms and reducing TCO by 15%+
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract execution
- Analyze market trends and data to drive cost-saving initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and maintain procurement KPIs and supplier performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, sustainability standards, and ethical sourcing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience in manufacturing
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of achieving 7-10% cost savings through strategic sourcing
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional negotiation skills with C-level vendor experience
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects in a fast-paced environment
