Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories with $8M+ annual spend
- Negotiate complex contracts ensuring favorable terms, risk mitigation, and compliance with ISO 14001 standards
- Manage vendor relationships including performance evaluation, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Leverage data analytics to optimize procurement spend and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Implement sustainability criteria into supplier selection and lifecycle management
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams on contract renewals and dispute resolution
- Maintain accurate procurement records in SAP Ariba and ensure audit compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive procurement experience with strategic sourcing focus
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent designation
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba, Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ annual cost savings
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spend analysis tools
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience implementing sustainability initiatives in procurement processes
