Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for indirect materials and services
- Lead complex negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers to achieve 15%+ cost reductions
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics using SAP Ariba
- Analyze market trends and risk factors affecting procurement decisions
- Implement sustainable procurement practices aligned with ESG goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Oversee contract lifecycle management and compliance monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic procurement with indirect materials focus
- CPSM or CIPS certification required
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and e-sourcing platforms
- Proven track record of $500K+ annual cost savings
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
