Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of procurement/sourcing experience in manufacturing
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing international suppliers and logistics
- Proven track record of cost reduction initiatives
