Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement cycles for strategic categories, including supplier identification, RFQ/RFP management, and contract negotiation
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to develop contingency plans and cost-saving initiatives
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Drive sustainability initiatives by implementing ethical sourcing practices and ESG compliance frameworks
- Oversee procurement budgets and conduct cost-benefit analyses for major capital expenditures
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contractual compliance and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (CPIM/CIPS certification preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in strategic sourcing
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation and vendor relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in procurement analytics tools and ERP systems
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance standards
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies desirable
