Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for high-volume manufacturing clients
- Negotiate complex contracts with APAC-based suppliers, achieving 15-20% cost reduction targets
- Implement ESG-compliant sourcing initiatives aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in supplier risk mitigation and contingency planning
- Drive digital transformation through AI-powered procurement analytics tools
- Manage vendor performance KPIs and continuous improvement programs
- Train procurement specialists in category management best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Proven success in APAC market procurement with manufacturing background
- Advanced negotiation skills with contract law expertise
- Proficiency in SAP Ariba and Coupa procurement platforms
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional Asian languages advantageous)
