Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement cycles for strategic categories, including supplier identification, RFQ/RFP management, and contract negotiation
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve cost reduction targets while ensuring quality and compliance
- Manage vendor relationships and performance through KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze market trends and data to identify risk mitigation opportunities and innovation potential
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives
- Implement and maintain procurement best practices within ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ years in strategic sourcing leadership
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent procurement qualification
- Proven track record of achieving cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in contract negotiation and risk management
- Expert knowledge of ERP procurement modules and spend analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
