Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end procurement strategies for strategic commodities
- Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with 15%+ cost reduction targets
- Manage and optimize supplier relationships across APAC region
- Conduct market analysis and risk assessments for supply chain resilience
- Drive sustainability initiatives in vendor selection and contract management
- Oversee procurement budget forecasting and expense control
- Implement e-procurement systems and process automation
- Collaborate with legal team on contract negotiations and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience in manufacturing or tech sector
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent procurement credentials
- Expert proficiency in SAP Ariba and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of strategic sourcing and cost optimization
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Strong negotiation skills with complex vendor contract experience
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional Asian languages advantageous)
