Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities, ensuring cost optimization and risk mitigation
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract negotiation and supplier onboarding
- Analyze market trends and supply chain disruptions to recommend proactive procurement strategies
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders in operations, finance, and sustainability
- Implement and maintain supplier performance metrics and continuous improvement programs
- Drive digital transformation by leveraging ERP systems and procurement analytics tools
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and ethical procurement standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of procurement experience in multinational corporations, with 3+ in senior roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba or similar ERP procurement modules
- Demonstrated success in cost reduction initiatives and supply chain optimization
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in complex international contracts
