Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies across multiple categories
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFPs, negotiations, and contract management
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize total cost of ownership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and maintain supplier relationship management programs
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in procurement workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation required
- Expertise in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in international procurement and supply chain optimization
