Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for 15+ key commodity categories
- Negotiate complex contracts with international suppliers, achieving 10% average cost savings
- Manage vendor relationships through performance metrics and continuous improvement programs
- Implement and maintain procurement KPIs using SAP Ariba and Coupa platforms
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize supply chain resilience
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-reduction and innovation opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ years in strategic sourcing
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Proven track record of negotiating multi-million dollar contracts
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost-benefit analysis
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin for APAC market engagement
