Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead vendor negotiations achieving 15-20% average cost savings
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract renewal
- Analyze market trends and identify risk mitigation opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and maintain supplier performance metrics
- Drive sustainability initiatives in procurement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive procurement experience with indirect spend focus
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and e-procurement systems
- Proven track record in contract management and supplier development
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
