Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities (raw materials, MRO, IT services)
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract renewals, and cost-reduction initiatives
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics across global supply chain
- Conduct market research and supplier risk assessments for critical components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and optimize procurement systems (ERP/SRM) for maximum efficiency
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience in manufacturing
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management expertise
- Experience with international supplier diversification and risk mitigation
- Proven track record of achieving cost savings targets (15%+ annually)
