Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 5+ key commodity categories
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle including RFQ, negotiation, and contract management
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions
- Leverage ERP systems (SAP/Ariba) for procurement analytics and process automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ in strategic sourcing roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost savings initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and procurement analytics tools
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in international supplier agreements
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency advantageous for APAC markets
