Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities and services
- Negotiate complex contracts with global suppliers to secure optimal terms
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct performance evaluations
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure procurement processes align with ISO 14001 and ethical sourcing standards
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Implement and maintain procurement KPIs and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of procurement/sourcing experience in manufacturing or tech
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one Asian language
