- Lead complex vendor negotiations securing 15-20% cost savings annually
- Implement risk mitigation protocols for critical supply chain disruptions
- Manage ERP system optimization (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Drive sustainability initiatives through ESG-compliant sourcing practices
- Analyze market trends and identify strategic sourcing opportunities
- Mentor junior procurement professionals and cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience in multinational corporations
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement accreditation
- Proven track record of implementing category sourcing strategies
- Advanced proficiency in procurement analytics tools (e.g., Coupa, Jaggaer)
- Strong vendor management experience across APAC markets
- Expertise in contract management and compliance frameworks
- Fluency in English with business-level Mandarin proficiency
