Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for 15+ key commodities, achieving 8-12% annual cost reduction targets
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract renewal using SAP Ariba
- Lead cross-functional negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers in electronics, MRO, and logistics sectors
- Implement ESG procurement initiatives including carbon footprint tracking and ethical supplier audits
- Analyze market trends and risk factors using Power BI dashboards to inform purchasing decisions
- Maintain and optimize supplier scorecards tracking quality, delivery, and compliance metrics
- Train and mentor 2 junior procurement analysts on negotiation tactics and contract management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years in procurement/sourcing with 2+ years in senior specialist role
- CIPS or CPSM certification required (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Expert proficiency in SAP Ariba or equivalent ERP procurement modules
- Proven track record of negotiating contracts with minimum SGD 5M annual spend
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in spend analysis and cost modeling
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued for APAC role
- Strong understanding of Singaporean procurement regulations and GST compliance
