Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities, achieving 15%+ annual cost reduction targets
- Lead end-to-end procurement cycles including RFQ management, contract negotiation, and supplier onboarding
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to mitigate risks and identify innovation opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives
- Implement and optimize procurement KPIs using ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Manage supplier relationships through performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards and local regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ years in leadership or strategic roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in category management for manufacturing or tech sectors
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and data analytics tools (Power BI, SAP)
- Proven track record of negotiating multi-million dollar contracts
- Strong understanding of APAC supply chain dynamics and regulatory environments
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
