Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ categories with $5M+ annual spend
- Lead complex contract negotiations achieving 10-15% cost reduction targets
- Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle: onboarding, performance tracking, and relationship optimization
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify innovation opportunities
- Implement and maintain procurement policies ensuring compliance with ISO 20400 standards
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs
- Lead cross-functional procurement projects using SAP Ariba and Oracle systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ years in strategic sourcing leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in cost analysis, risk management, and supplier diversity programs
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-sourcing platforms
- Proven track record of negotiating contracts with multinational suppliers
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and KPI reporting
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Melayu advantageous
