Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience in manufacturing or tech
- CIPS certification or equivalent professional accreditation
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven success in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent negotiation and contract drafting abilities
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
