Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies across APAC markets
- Lead vendor negotiations for complex contracts, focusing on TCO optimization
- Implement and manage e-procurement systems for process automation
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Oversee supplier relationship management with KPI-driven performance reviews
- Drive sustainability initiatives in procurement practices and supplier compliance
- Manage procurement budget with rigorous financial controls and forecasting
- Mentor junior procurement specialists to build high-performing teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in procurement with 3+ years in managerial roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba, Oracle) and procurement analytics
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost savings in complex sourcing
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in international contracts
- Deep understanding of APAC supply chain dynamics and regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin highly advantageous
