Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global procurement strategies to ensure cost-efficiency and supply continuity.
- Lead high-stakes contract negotiations with tier-one suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing structures.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain data to mitigate risks and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Engineering and Finance, to align procurement goals with organizational objectives.
- Oversee supplier performance management programs to ensure compliance with quality standards and service level agreements.
- Drive sustainable sourcing initiatives by vetting vendors based on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, from RFP generation to final procurement execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic procurement or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of managing high-value spend categories and achieving significant cost-reduction targets.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Coupa) and advanced data analytics tools.
- Strong certification credentials such as CPSM or CSCP are highly desired.
- Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and communication skills suitable for a global corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of international logistics, trade compliance, and procurement regulations.
