Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and budgetary targets
- Lead negotiations with key suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contractual agreements
- Oversee supplier relationship management, including performance evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Implement and maintain robust procurement systems to ensure data-driven decision making
- Drive sustainability initiatives by evaluating environmental impact of supplier networks
- Manage cross-functional procurement projects from RFI to contract execution
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovation partnerships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or similar designation required
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Ariba or Oracle preferred)
- Exceptional negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to secure complex agreements
