- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with organizational goals and production schedules.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of procurement specialists to achieve KPIs.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate purchasing policies.
- Oversee supplier audit programs to maintain high standards of quality and ethical sourcing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced data analytics.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of global trade regulations, logistics, and inventory management.
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization and manage complex, multi-million dollar projects.
