Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies to achieve cost-saving targets.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFx development, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and global supply partners.
- Analyze market trends and economic factors to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure business continuity.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance procurement efficiency and compliance.
- Mentor and guide junior purchasing staff to foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic procurement or tactical purchasing.
- Proven track record of managing high-value contracts and large-scale supplier negotiations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- CPSM or PMP certification preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional international environment.
