In this role, you will lead a dynamic procurement team and work closely with cross-functional leadership to implement sustainable sourcing strategies in an evolving market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category management strategies for direct and indirect spend.
- Lead complex contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-performing global suppliers to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Mentor junior procurement specialists to elevate team performance and professional growth.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, and Legal departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Finance; MBA or CPSM certification is highly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement within a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement analytics tools.
- Proven track record of achieving significant cost-reduction targets through strategic vendor management.
- Deep understanding of global supply chain logistics and international trade regulations.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
