- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with Fortune 500 suppliers
- Implement cost-saving initiatives targeting 15% annual reduction in procurement spend
- Oversee procurement processes including RFQ, RFP, and contract lifecycle management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Ensure adherence to ISO 14001 and ethical sourcing guidelines
- Analyze market trends and recommend innovative procurement strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ in management
- CPSM or CIPS certification required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record in international sourcing and supplier diversity
- Advanced negotiation skills with $5M+ contract experience
- Data-driven decision-making with proficiency in procurement analytics
