Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for strategic categories
- Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with 20+ regional stakeholders
- Negotiate complex contracts with Fortune 500 suppliers across 15+ countries
- Implement and manage procurement KPIs driving 15%+ annual cost savings
- Oversee supplier relationship management and performance analytics
- Drive sustainability initiatives in procurement processes and vendor selection
- Lead digital transformation of procurement workflows using ERP/SRM systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years procurement experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent procurement credentials
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and category management
- Expertise in contract negotiation and supplier risk management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba or Oracle Procurement Cloud
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Experience managing cross-border procurement in APAC region
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
