Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for key commodities, achieving 15%+ annual cost reduction targets
- Lead cross-functional negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers, securing favorable terms and contracts
- Implement and manage end-to-end procurement processes using SAP Ariba and Oracle ERP systems
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks, recommending mitigation strategies
- Drive sustainability initiatives by evaluating ESG metrics in vendor selection criteria
- Lead a team of 5 procurement specialists, providing mentorship and performance coaching
- Collaborate with finance and operations to optimize inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in team leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Proven track record of implementing strategic sourcing programs with measurable ROI
- Advanced proficiency in procurement analytics tools (e.g., Coupa, Jaggaer)
- Expert knowledge of contract law, risk management, and compliance frameworks
- Experience managing international supplier relationships across APAC and EMEA regions
- Strong financial acumen with ability to interpret balance sheets and P&L statements
